Turnier 1 of a new edition of the LZ League 2023 Oberösterreich was held at the Olympiazentrum OÖ Linz, an event that began at 5:00 p.m. and ended at 7:05 p.m. as scheduled.

This new edition, after the one held in 2021 and 2022, have (3) levels – BASIC, STARTED, ADVANCED- in the male and female categories.

The (23) BASIC level athletes performed a program based on: a block of mobilization and technique exercises, a karate skill circuit (x 2) and kumite with the round robin system.

For the (12) STARTED level athletes and the (16) ADVANCED level athletes, their program was: kumite training (60 min) and kumite with the round robin system.

A total of (67) bouts which athletes, coaches and parents who attended in large numbers enjoyed themselves.
